Introduction

I, the undersigned, hereby consent to allow Guidance and Innovation Hub (GIH) to use my personal and academic information within its AI-powered digital platform for the purposes of:

• Analyzing my academic profile.
• Assessing admission opportunities at universities.
• Suggesting the most suitable educational pathways.

1. Authorization

I hereby authorize Guidance and Innovation Hub (GIH) and its contracted partners to submit applications on my behalf, exchange my documents, communicate with any educational institutions locally or internationally, and sign any required documents related to admission, visa, or enrollment.

2. GIH Policy

1. GIH will only submit applications to recognized and accredited institutions.
2. Copies of required documents must be provided; GIH is not liable for the loss or damage of original documents.
3. GIH is not responsible for admission decisions, rejections, or processing times by institutions or embassies.
4. GIH reserves the right to charge additional fees for services beyond the scope of this agreement (such as deferral or reapplication).
5. Services include applying to a maximum of five (5) universities per academic year. Additional requests may incur extra fees.
6. GIH is not responsible for any changes made by ministries, cultural attachés, or institutions after submission.

3. Refund Policy

1. Payments made to universities or educational institutions are non-refundable.
2. File opening fees or any administrative fees paid to GIH are non-refundable once the process has started.
3. Service fees are compensation for services rendered and are not tied to admission outcomes.
4. GIH ensures the integrity of application procedures but is not responsible for timelines or final results.
5. Any modification or cancellation of an application after submission may require additional fees.

4. General Provisions

1. Signing this document or providing electronic acceptance constitutes full and final agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
2. GIH reserves the right to amend or update these policies as needed, with prior notice to the student.
3. All paid fees are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
